Good morning, Georgina! Today is Monday, April 27, 2026.
I put a wobbly coffee table on the curb for Giveaway Day this past weekend. Two hours later, it was gone. But in its place was a slightly smaller, equally wobbly end table. Did we just do a silent, curbside trade? Am I trapped in an endless cycle of trading up until I wake up and find a haunted Victorian armoire in my driveway? To whoever left the end table: well played.
As we say goodbye to April and hello to May, the region is officially waking up. Let’s get into your week.
