Good morning, Georgina!
Look, I don't know who needs to hear this, but standing in your front yard and aggressively screaming at the last pile of dirty snow will not make it melt faster. I tried it. For four consecutive hours yesterday. I brought a megaphone. I took off my shirt, I challenged it to a physical fight, and I called it a coward. My neighbors called the authorities, my vocal cords are completely shredded, but let me tell you something right now -I firmly believe that snowbank blinked first. You're welcome. Spring is officially here!
With the spring thaw well underway, our community is bustling with new projects and local initiatives. From the latest updates on the Lake Drive shoreline to some exciting local theater and election news, there is plenty to keep on your radar this week.

- 🔥 Full landscaping warrior. I have my mulch mapped out and my power tools charged.
- 🍺 I will rake exactly one pile of leaves and then sit on the porch with a beverage.
- 🐝 I'm letting the dandelions thrive. It's for the bees, I swear.
- 🪟 Staring at the mess from the kitchen window while refusing to go outside.
